I’ve been using the same system for a few years but noticing a whoooooooole lot more white space in my book since I graduated in May. So now – naturally right AFTER ordering my planner for 2024 – I’m considering switching to a different, preferably more portable system than the one I have.

Ways to bullet journal that are effective instead of totally overwhelming as you’re forced to build your own layouts from scratch.

The paper is nice and thick, and I use the lined undated paper in the back to keep journal and notes. I use fountain pens, and generally there’s no ink bleed.

That being said, I still have days where anxiety wins out and it feels more overwhelming to try and make my own layout.

So I got this both for the anxiety days and for easier on the go scheduling. I like that it has the same bullets and boxes as I’d make with a bullet journal. I just don’t have to spend the spoon to design it instead!

More recently been entirely focused on simply getting to-dos done so went for Todoist as it has both an app, web and desktop version.

Has been a lot more helpful since it’s just a simple to do list, without having to spend a good hour+ sighing at my meager art skills to make pretty layouts.
