I’m potentially looking into outsourcing some creative work to pretty up an upcoming MU* project. Although I’m sure I could just head to Google and find talent, I think I would be happiest hiring someone from within the MU* community — keep it in the family, so to speak.

Although I wouldn’t be hiring anyone anytime soon, as I’d prefer to hold off until the project’s closer to completion, getting some rough idea of potential fees/options in advance would help with the decision-making process down the line.
