Time was spent prowling for that log (finally! reptile section of pet store!! who knew!) and painting tiny tombstones (DnD miniatures) and sourcing lichen (internet).</p>

<p dir="auto">My mother in NJ has tiger lilies that come back every year without much fussing. They bloom early-ish in spring, like March, and have been springing up every year since I was a kid, so I suspect they are low-maintenance perennials.</p>
